Paul Hawkins
Owner & Inspector
Paul’s background in residential construction and field operations began in the trades at age 15 and has grown to include electrical and low-voltage work, residential construction, home warranty, quality control, vendor coordination, and field service.
His residential experience includes working in home warranty and construction management for major Arizona homebuilders, providing firsthand exposure to how homes are built, how construction defects develop, and the issues homeowners commonly encounter after closing.
His earlier work also included several years traveling throughout the country performing installation and restoration work on historic stained-glass windows, some dating to the 1700s. That work demanded precision, careful observation, and an appreciation for structural and architectural detail.
Today, Paul brings that combination of hands-on trade experience, residential construction knowledge, warranty experience, and professional inspection training to every Odin inspection.

At Odin Inspections, I look at the home as a collection of interconnected systems, evaluating visible and accessible components for defects, safety concerns, improper installation, and signs of potential problems.
My goal is to clearly explain what I find, why it matters, and when further evaluation or repair may be appropriate, so you can make informed decisions with a clearer picture of the property.
